We play an active role in the World Customs Organization’s PICARD program (Partnership in Customs Academic Research and Development), and we ensure that all our programs and related services reflect contemporary and emerging issues that impact on the business of customs, excise and border management through our ongoing applied research activities.
We host the international headquarters of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU), which is recognised as the official conduit between the WCO and the academic world, and in that capacity we publish the World Customs Journal in conjunction with the University of Münster, Germany.
